When I was studying my Degree in Fine Art, my work centred around themes of love & loss. I found this to be quite un-intentionally therapeutic and healing for me. Having lost my brother unexpectedly at age 9, I was able to express my unprocessed thoughts & feelings around losing him and the wider impact that had on my family - even if it was many years later.

This has now developed into wanting to capture images that others can hold on to, to reminisce over and look back with fondness, love and laughter. My work therefore now focuses on love and joy.

In many years to come, once the memories and/or people have left us - photographs remain. They are a tangible piece of a memory that can be cherished forever. That put simply - is why I do what I do. I love doing photography & videography for this exact reason and feel honoured to play a part in providing that everlasting memory for others.
